IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please read these terms and conditions BEFORE booking any events with CEPI.

The minimum age for participants is usually 18 years old and for most locations you must be able bodied.

CEPI recommend that anybody with medical conditions or pregnant women should contact CEPI before booking an event. Pregnant woman are not advised to attend any of our events.

ALL places on events need to be secured by a NON REFUNDABLE £10 deposit and full payment for events need to be paid no less than 4 weeks prior to the event date.

Smoking on events is only permitted outside in designated areas.

Also please refrain from using candles or other potential fire hazards.

If anyone arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs they will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

Throughout the event you and your party will act in a sensible manner and will not cause harm or injury to anyone else, any animal, effect of property etc.

It is your responsibility to bring suitable clothing and footwear to match the weather conditions for the time and location.

CEPI will not be liable for any loss or damage to equipment or personal belongings of any attendees during and after the event, even if caused by poltergeist activity.

CEPI would advise you to book accommodation for the following night or book transport home due to tiredness caused by the event. We do not accept any responsibility for any accidents or incidents caused after the event. Tiredness kills.

Although we cannot foresee any problems, accidents/incidents do happen, and all attendees of your team should consider taking out their own third party public liability insurance as our insurers have indicated that our public liability policy may not cover your party during your visit to the location since it is outside our normal public access categories. Please be aware you may witness trance medium ship on a CEPI event and this may become physical.

You are attending this event at your own risk; CEPI accept no liability for any accident or injury to yourselves, however caused.

Please note that all stories about the location are not fabricated. CEPI team have on occasion witnessed and recorded paranormal activity in various locations, however we cannot guarantee that paranormal activity will take place on the night.

CEPI make no guarantees regarding the validity of any and all information obtained from psychics/mediums on any event.

Whilst being professionally trained psychics/mediums; any and all statements made are the sole opinion of the individual.

You are responsible for making your own decisions and it is understood that when psychics/mediums suggest something to you, it is an opinion of the individual, and should NOT be interpreted as the only course of action.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you further indemnify the organisers from and against all legal liability in respect of any costs, claims, damages, demands, penalties, actions, proceedings, suits, losses or expenses in respect of or arising out of the injury to or the death of any person, or damage to any property arising from participation in the activity.

These conditions and any contract into which they are incorporated shall be subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.

Bookings made with CEPI means your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

REFUND POLICY

Where possible please notify the team ASAP if you are no longer able to attend an event no less than 4 weeks prior to the event.

As we have to pay for the hire of most locations prior to the event it may not always be possible to refund any monies paid if you cancel less than 4 weeks prior to the event.

Please be aware that any deposits paid will not be refunded.

On the rare occasion CEPI have to cancel an event we will endeavour to refund any monies paid promptly.

If an event is rescheduled please be aware that there may be refund limitations.
